Rodin is located in a residential complex at 5 minutes walk from the world reknown Nissi Beach. It sits at the top floor of a two storey building, with a beautiful, open view on the sea and surroundings. The terrace is a highlight, its sunbeds, tables and chairs, make it an ideal spot for watching the sunrise and sunset, dining, sunbathing and stargazing!  

Rodin is a cozy, bright and modern flat, equipped for all seasons, with 2 office desks and chairs for remote workers. The large kitchen has all you need to comfortably cook at home and markets open until late at night are around the corner.

Ayia Napa is an idyllic destination, sunny all-year-around and hosting the most beautiful beaches of the island. Despite being close to the vibrant city center, the complex Nissi Golden Sands enjoys a quiet area. No parties and noisy behaviour are allowed, to protect the permanent residents as much as the tourists who have selected a peaceful and restful destination.

The season opens in April and lasts until mid-November. In the winter hotels and most restaurants are closed. But it is still a town of around 4000 souls, hence there are always shops and places to dine out open all year. 

The large bay offers plenty of leisure activities, cafés and restaurants for every taste. Partly serviced and partly public, on one end you find a quiet area, on the other hits and parties, and in-between lounge music to chill-out until nightfall.

Nissi Beach is also a premier destination for weddings, because of its romantic, scenic atmosphere. It is not uncommon to see fireworks from Rodin's terrace.

Other beaches nearby

From Nissi beach, a seafront promenade takes you to Latchi, Landa and Makronissos on one side, Vathia, Manda and Patachou on the other. 

On the east coast of the island, from Kapparis to Cavo Greko, another series of beaches, some sandy, some rocky, are easily accessible by bus. The most famous are Fig Tree Bay and Pernera Beach.
